Learn a series of practical, useful, simple and easy skills to help you manage the one you care for, while looking after yourself and addressing the challenges around Care-Less Caring. In the morning you will learn 10 steps to Care-Less Caring and how to be Positive and Optimistic while facing the challenges of caring. In the afternoon you will practice these skills so that you can use them in real life and make a difference to those you care for. We guarantee an interesting, rewarding and memorable day.
